I'll hopefully CBT today, I'm a bit nervous but, I just wanna rest indefinitely. I was supposed to do partial hanging, I got the ropes and everything, but unfortunately, the motel room I got didn't any strong part to tie the ligature (I'm obese so uhh), so I'll be using the tourniquet method using my knee socks and remote control.. I did test it and boy, I felt faint fast, hopefully it'll work.

If I didn't post anything after this, I guess it worked. Good luck y'all and thank you so much for the guides and stories, reading some made me feel better for a short while.

A cousin of mine (by marriage) successfully did partial simply by using a clothing rod in a closet. He tied an end of a rope to the rod, tied the other end around his neck, and leaned forward.

I hope things work out for you, in whatever way you would like them to, and no matter how you need to get there, I hope you get to the peace you deserve.

Can anyone please point me toward directions on tourniquet method he refers to?
