Today is my birthday.

Today is my birthday and I want to die... I feel like this is perfect timing. I took off extra days from work including today so I won't feel the anxiety of feeling like I need to be responsible soon. Or I have to show up sonewhere. Now I can focus on getting out of here.
I am truly over life itself.. if there's was a button I could push I would've a long time ago.
I'm 24, working for a law firm and feel like shit. Inside and out. I didn't ask to be on earth. Why do I have to participate. I am drained. I want the end of opportunity, no more expectations from people or any let downs. I am ready to end my existence in the current vessel.

It sucks that you feel that way. I hope you are able to use this time off to relax and process what you're feeling.

I understand the constant work anxiety; I have that all the time, some worse than others. Several times this year I've taken multiple days off just because I couldn't get myself to go. You are not alone and I hope you get that.

I hope you find some enjoyment in your birthday and upcoming days off. Unfortunately, there is no button to CTB so you can only take things one at a time for now. If there was, I don't think this forum would exist. Lol.

Live is a hell indeed. We are not asked to be born but we have to, I love the fact we can end our lives with a bit of help and motivation. Think about it, I hope you do the right choice and try to look at tho ga differently meanwhile.

Interestingly enough - or, rather, yet another cruel joke life plays on those of us who desire to reject it - birthday people, specifically birthday boys, are more likely to commit suicide on their "special day".

But maybe feeling a little more connected now to the global reality of birthdays being tough on people like us might make you feel a little less... lonely in your pain and exhaustion with it all? In any case: happy birthday and do feast on some mind-numbingly delicious cake!

Happy birthday might seem a bit redundant to say, but I wish you whatever pleasure you can find.

It seems to be the one day where selfishness is encouraged, so gorge yourself on your favourite food, watch whatever pleases you, and I hope you have a somewhat enjoyable experience, despite all.

If there was a switch on my temple, a thing I often fantasise about, I would 100% be gone now. I guess we'll have to go through the process of researching other methods.
