Today I thought about jumping

Had gone to the terrace of my 4 story apartment building for some work( I stay on ground floor).

I was worried about the pain, I didn't do anything, just imagined myself going through with it and then came back down. It was a very slow descent on the stairs.

It is highly risky to jump from 4 floor.U could end up in a wheel chair

I am sorry you are feeling this way. However, as stated, jumping from that height could cause permanent damage and make things worse.

I know what it is like to be impulsive. I am, but please think things out and try not to be. I know. Easier said than done.

If you really want to jump then find something higher. I'd never jump, not my method.

They say 20m is enough (7 stories) but people have survived at that height. Jumping has always been my go to method, but I would only do it if from at least 100m and the landing point has a hard surface ( concrete or rocks ).
