When i said that SN was becoming more difficult to obtain, some people said that it was wrong, SN is currently more difficult to obtain than it was a year ago. I hope you can receive in some days.

I'm in the US - placed my order with IC on January 3rd and received it on January 9th with express shipping.

It cleared customs in roughly 2 or 3 days in my remembrance.

It's not really necessary anymore, but you could just take milk of magnesia. Most important thing as AE, although you you could even go without it
