I wanna die but I'm too lazy to kill myself. I'm motivated to do it if I had the chance, and I got to admit I'm a coward to face the future. All I want is relief from this shit I face everyday and every night. Just tired of all of this. I don't want to talk to a therapist, I want relief. This isn't a cry for help, this is a cry of a coward that's had enough.

Essentially this, OP. The typical 'healthy' person puts blinders on because they are afraid of having to deal with what the depressed/suicidal have to themselves.
