• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Tips from my attending therapist that help. What do you think about it ? . I have already published here once the advice that my therapist gives me.The first advice was to make sketches of things or places that I like, and then remember them at home. Now I'm writing this other piece of advice - when I feel bad or have bouts of stroking my pet's fur.For example, I have a dog at home. I didn't think before that when I feel bad, I need to stroke my dog's fur. But it helps. At first it seemed to me that there was no effect, but then I realized that I calmed down.

I kiss and hug my pets when I feel sad and they do bring me joy but ultimately I still want to die. It may be short term relief but you can't just hug your pets 24/7 and make everything magically better.
I'd personally never do therapy again, to me they're just nosey cunts with boring lives so they have to wank off over us fuck ups and our wild thoughts.

None of the places I could sketch is still accessible to me - which would make me only more depressed - and my dog is the only pet I know that loves to bite the hand that feeds him. Found the critter abandoned in the desert and never managed to get him out of pure survival mode.

These are ok piecs of advice, but your therapist really should focus on the things that will help most- building a network of people who will be supportive to you- friends and hopefullly family, plus how to resolve any financial/career/school issues, plus how to deal with any phsyicla health concerns. These are the key tings, especially getting people who are a support network for you. How is yuor support network of friends and family? Loneliness is such a huge part of this issue for many people.

Idk, seems like generic advice from a scam artist. But if it works for you, that is awesome!

My wife took both dogs when she left. They were sweethearts that loved to be petted.

Of course mnay pets need homes. A couple catrs might work better since they don't need to be taken out and they keep each other company.
