TLDR have you made it to TJ without a passport? what should I say when talking to the Vet? how to bring it back?
So someone close to me was able to get to Tijuana and acquire N, and bring it back through to California. I didn't get too many details from this person before they took their long nap, but as of right now. I do not have a passport. But neither did said person, they were able to go in and back with just birth certificate and maybe an ID. I'm planning to make a trip in august but I'm a little nervous about not only navigating my way to a vet, but the whole process of bringing it back. Any tips are appreciated, thanks for reading
