Has anyone tried this yet? I found prague powder/curing salt (93.75% NaCl, 6.25% NaNO2) at a store and bought some. SN is much more soluble in boiling water (160g/100mL) than NaCl (39g/100mL), so I'm planning on just mixing boiling water with the curing salt and repeatedly boiling it down and...
