I'm planning on ctb'ing soon with my dare TIG's SN. I have everything, even beta blockers and antacid, but I really don't know if using them or not. I don't count benzos because of my PSSD I can't feel zero effects from them. I normally suffer from acidic stomach, so maybe an antacid is good. But what about betablockers?..

Look up this in the search: SN Bible Sodium Nitrite Method (Comprehensive Guide SN Method) by vizzy
It has updated info. Apparently antacid is no longer recommended. I don't remember what it said abt beta blockers. I'm not an expert. but u should read it thoroughly.
