thoughts on partial suspension? pain?

hello, i'm sort of a noob at ctb methods, but it seems that the most accessible for me would be partial suspension hanging. does anyone know how that can go? any red flags? I'm especially worried about the pain since that is pretty much most important to me. thank you all
