I'm not very knowledgeable at all but there could be a big risk of getting caught trying to cut the fence since I don't imagine it's a quick task. I've never done anything like that before though so if anyone with more knowledge can help that would be better.Don't places like those usually have ground keepers/security patrolling around? Even if the cutters work, it'll take time...
