I want to CTB deep in the bush where it's unlikely anyone will find me but I am not sure if the exit bag will work outside.

I did make the proper exit bag:
An oven bag with the bottom folded up so that the elastic can be placed in before sticky taping so that it can't slide out. I then cut a hole in the folded part so that the ends of the elastic can slide through and then I duct tape tapes those ends together.

I am worried about outside airflow being too strong....??

Unless you'd like to try to kill yourself in the middle of a hurricane, i can't see a possibility for wind gusts to remove, damage or blow into your properly secured bag.

May be its possible to tighten the elastic if the wind feels very strong and by that compensate for any air coming through the opening. But unless its a strong wind it seems unlikely to have a strong influence. Also the direction of the wind is probably important. If its coming from beneath, if for instance lying down on a mattress it is more likely to enter the exit bag. But if its coming from the top, lying the other direction or side its less likely to enter the bag.
