This world is not my home

[Lost Magic]

Do any of you get this deep sinking feeling that this world is not our true home? I do. I get this chronic feeling of emptiness, loneliness, and feeling homesick. I never felt that I belonged anywhere It's a truly gut-wrenching feeling.

Yea, definitely, some of us aren't meant for this place. I always felt disturbed by our reality here, just an easily cruel existence by design.

I certainly know that I've never been meant to exist here, the only thing that could ever feel right for me is to permanently leave this world. This world is hell to me, and it's a curse to exist here and to have the ability to suffer, I could never wish to belong here as life in itself is what I have a problem with. The only relief could ever lie in death.

For me this world is like a broad river. If you swim with the current you will go far. If you swim against the current, you stay put. You can't actually see which direction you're swimming in. Your perception is influenced by your inner self. And in the end they all drown.
