I don't know if it'll help much but some people suggest mindfulness?? That's the only thing I know besides pain medication. I wish I could help you end the pain forever

None of us should have to stay here a second longer than we wish to, and we all deserve options of peaceful and reliable methods. This pro suffering society that tries to force us to stay here by denying us suicide method options really disgusts me, it's so incredibly unfair how you are trapped in this situation of constant torment.
