Ive spent a long time thinking about different methods. Today, this morning and continued pain throughout day has finalised it all and I returned to most convenient method but not using capsules incase there is any regret.

I wish to thank people who have made me comfortable here, new and old.

I have asked in my note that details be put online but notice will be in local paper. Two people know my details. One is cookiedough who is no longer using this site and I'd be grateful if she was contacted after I go.

I have reset my phone. I am having problems emptying the cache. My phone is a Huawei but what kind I can't remember.
