Couldn't sleep so I decide to work on regime. Finally received everything that I need to catch the bus Bus is right there. I've got one hand in my pocket, and the other one is holding the valuable ticket. Departure time set in two days, on Oct.13. I will use the SN method.

My planned regime:
October 12

8:00 - 10 mg Metoclopramide
16:00 - 10 mg Meto
24:00 - 10 mg Meto​

October 13

8:00 - 10mg Meto
16:00 - 10mg Meto​

Begin fasting (food).​

17:00 - Arrive at hotel
20:00 - test SN purity​

Write note on paper, warning housekeeping to call police after checkout time.​

22:00 - Begin fasting (water)​

Shower.​

23:00 - 1000mg Tylenol
23:20 - 30mg Meto​

Prepare 50mg Trazodone.
Weight out SN 25g*3.
Measure out water.
Place plastic drop cloth on bed.
Prepare a trash can in case of vomit.​

23:45 - take Traz
23:50 - mix 3 glass of SN drink with plastic spoon
24:00 Drink 1st cup, if needed, 2nd and 3rd cup.​

Listen to music.
Say goodbye.
Wipe out phone.

I'm grateful to have found this site. I feel like I've taken more from the community than I've given. I appreciate every shared experience, whether of success or failure. Wishing everyone the best in making the right decisions and achieving success. If I get too anxious, the hotel is really close to the emergency room of a hospital I prefer.

Serotonin syndrome
Taking metoclopramide with selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) or serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs) can increase the risk of serotonin syndrome, a life-threatening condition. Symptoms include confusion, hallucinations, seizures, and changes in blood pressure.

Which is worse? A withdrawn symptom or a serotonin syndrome? I don't know.

They're both pretty bad but also variable. Have you ever missed a dose of your antidepressant before? That gives you an idea of what 24 hour withdrawal would be like. Did you experience side effects when you first went on it (especially nausea or chills)? That gives an idea of what serotonin syndrome could be like.

You are taking a lot of meto. If you're concerned about the risk of meto causing SS, you could take much less, potentially as little as one dose today to see what impact it has, then the 30mg at the end. But I understand you might want to take a fuller regiment. But while SS is a theoretical risk, it seems unlikely in these low dosages.

Happened to be rushing on the blood testing, decide to open the vacuum sealed salt a day earlier. Glad I did. Blood turned brown with in 3-5 seconds?
Will do aquarium test kit tomorrow.

Yes, I'm feeling okay, thanks for asking. Just some regular headache and tiredness due to switching medication and withdraw. I would say the 24:00 pill is very uneasy as I am sleepy and had to wake myself up to follow the regime?

Take this medicine (meto) on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before meals and at bedtime. If you are using the disintegrating tablet, make sure your hands are dry before you handle it. Do not open the blister pack that contains the tablet until you are ready to take it. If you take it 3 times a day, then take a dose every 8 hours. Wait at least 6 hours between each dose, even if you're sick (vomit). This is to avoid a possible overdose.

SN weighted: 2.5g (1 cent=2.5g, scale reads 5g)
Saw some posts being nervous about the purity made me nervous as well. Shaky hands during the experiment

I used 500mL of spring water, according to Vizzy's test. I judge that the springwater has 0.5 or 0 ppm. From the first reading, which I dipped more seconds than required, gives me a reading of 5.0-10 ppm. The second reading, with a dip of 2 seconds, gives me a reading of 1.0-5.0 ppm. From the test I can conclude that DMC SN is definitely not 100% purity, as the reading is not 10 ppm. But with the results from both blood and strip tests, I am not too worried?

Test strips are not an accurate gauge of purity, as we recently found out after some scares in September. They were never intended to be accurate tests (given they're for fish aquariums), and there's a lot of variability (for one, you apparently need distilled water, not spring water, for the best results). They're honestly better for simply detecting whether there's nitrite at all, rather than actual purity. A lab test is the best way to test it, but the vast majority of people aren't going to or can't do that.

If it's any consolation, there have been a few recent CTBs with DMC's stuff, like Maynoname earlier this month, shadow999 in late September, and Beyond_Repair in August (and these are just the ones I remember). And anyways, DMC has been a reliable source for a while now, so I don't think he's selling sub-par SN. It's dirt cheap sold in bulk, and it's honestly not worth the effort or risk to sell fake SN or simple curing salt, especially given he has a cash cow to milk here on the forum; suddenly shipping out impure SN would mean business would dry up quickly.

I will give this advice to everyone, never do it if there are solutions for your problems out there, you can always ctb after you tried everything to solve your problems.

Got some updates, just talked to potatocube via phone. They had a panic attack and decided to call the suicide hotline which called for ambulance and cops to take them to hospital. They think they poisoned themselves by touching the SN and then rubbing their eyes which made them sick. Unsure, but their SI may also be strong.

Will keep thread updated, but they should get out in a week.
