A few years ago I had a horrific reaction to dangerous meds and ever since my life has been a nightmare. I sleep around three hours a night and it's causing huge problems like you wouldn't believe. I have to work and my mind is just out of it constantly, all I think about is death.
I had manhole back but a friend found it and I had to get rid of it in case the police were called, I have sn but I am not sure that's going to work well considering my terrible luck.
I am just going crazy and feel so far gone it's hopeless

Hey,

I too have had some bad luck in the past. I've attempted multiple times, all of which have had negative consequences. I Live with horrible scars, which are made even worse since I'm a cutter. I also live with health problems from multiple overdoses. Also physical problems from trying to do partial suspension, before I truly knew how to do it.

Life can truly suck, like really, really suck. It's so hard to keep going day to day that it only seems logical to ctb and finally end this suffering.

Although I seem to find more hope every day through finding friends on this site, I still find the lonely nights and torturous days to be overwhelming. If you need a friend, pm me. I'd love to talk.

Remember, you are not alone. We all love you, more than you could imagine.

Not sure if its possible but take time off work. This helped me a great deal as m y sleeping pattern changed to sleeping in the day.
