Do you have to touch the grass directly? Or can I just like, poke it with a stick or something? Is walking with shoes enough or should I go barefoot for more grass contact?

Well they got one thing right.I'm thinking this post backfired on the original poster.
Scientifically speaking, it is best to walk through it barefoot, with an approximate speed of 2.48 mph. For better results, I advise you to make sure to step into cow shit with both of your feet. It helps absorb the grassiness better.Do you have to touch the grass directly? Or can I just like, poke it with a stick or something?
