Thinking of drowning myself in the deep ocean.

Theres a pier that goes really deep at the beach here and im thinking what if i jump off the deep end?
Would it be painful to drown ? how long would it take? any tips for me? should i handcuff my hands to make it more harder for survival instinct to win? what would it feel like? .

Painful: yes.

Duration: a few minutes that will feel like hours.

Only way to do this that is remotely comfortable: getting so drugged up that you pass out just as you are falling into the sea.

Feasability: low.

This is how my friend killed herself but she chose the coldest time of the year in Poland to jump into the ocean so I don't know if she died from drowning or Hypothermia.

3 months later her body washed up on the shore in early Spring after the snow had thawed.
