Method thickness of the rope

i found a place to hang and Im going to buy a rope from the hardware store. A simple rope. What should the thickness of the rope be again for full suspension hanging? 10mm? 12mm? Im so close guys.

both 10 and 12 mm seem to be the most recomennded

12 mm double braided dock line is great if they have it. Get something strong and smooth.
