They can't ship internationally due to police/government regulations?

I just asked a Polish seller about their international shipping costs and methods and they replied that they can't ship it internationally
due to police/government regulations... What is this, is it illegal to ship it internationally? My country is in Europe too. Like..what? How did so many
people get it from Poland?

For the sake of the thread, I'll reply here too. I don't understand why they don't ship internationally, since so many people got their sn from Poland.. I'll contact another seller today

Basically, the SN method became too popular, and the authorities are now cracking down on the whole thing
