Hang in there. You don't have to hurt yourself, despite what they're telling you. Psychosis is a bloody shit thing and I so feel for you.

I wish I could take this away from you. Pain of any kind is torture if it causes you extreme pain or discomfort. I know about pain and wouldn't want my worst enemy to feel it. Just hang in there. It will pass. I'm here if you need me
I know the feeling I've just been prescribed quetiapine again, are you on any antipsychotics?
