I've tried most of psychiatric meds possible
At my last appointment even my doctor said 'I don't even have any ideas left'
From tomorrow I'll start higher dose of snri and I have some benzodiazepines prescribed too as a last chance because my attacks lately are absolutely terrible
He prescribed me just few pills of xanax to take when I'm in extreme psychical agony
I don't know, nothing works anymore and I'm hopeless

Have you considered electro-convulsive therapy? The doc might offer it to you, they usually do when they feel they've exhausted their options.
