My therapies are so empty at some point, I don't know. Most of that hour, there's like no purpose, no motivator to try something. It just comes down to a:
-And how does that feel?

At this rate it's easier for me to say that I don't want to attend anymore, but I don't want to worry my mother. What a stressful situation.
