I saw this video before a while back, and yes, he does speak about the true things that happen in the mental health industry. He exposes evil practices that many therapists do to perpetuate the cycle of dependency on a therapist/counselor. I also like his way of saying that the field is a sham and from an rational, objective viewpoint, it is really pseudo science and guesswork.
Sometimes I like to think that when there isn't a (real) problem, they fabricate and invent some (imaginary) issue/problem, then try to treat said (imaginary) issue/problem.
This isn't to say that one should never consider therapy or counseling, but therapy and counseling isn't the end all be all like society and mainstream media is parroting off.
