• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I personally think that because "mog," "chad," and "____maxxing" have become normal for regular people to know about and say, so too will "CTB" and "SN" become normal or even "cool/trendy" things for people to say in a few years. Eventually ALL communities like this WILL have their nomenclature and acronyms adopted by normal people if the communities get big enough, or if a member of the community gets big enough, and still uses the nomenclature. Think of how popular words like incel and femcel have become super normal to say even though they come mostly from 4chan. If someone from this community gets big enough, or if another, bigger internet personality does a video on this site, I honestly think its possible our acronyms will slowly be adopted by normal people. This also happened very quickly in the speedrunning community. After it being a somewhat small internet hobby for so long, all of a sudden I heard people who dont even really know what speedrunning is saying things like "any%" and "glitchless" to make jokes. This will happen here too eventually.

As long as they pro choice I supposed. Can't imagine CTB be used worldwide but I see the vision.
