The right amount of SN

I weigh 108 kgs. Will 25 g of SN (dissolved in 60 ml of water) be enough for me? PPeH says that people with weight higher than 100kg should take 35 g of SN, but I'm afraid that this would raise the odds of throwing up.

I seen article where nurse died from 1g of SN, so I think 25g will be enough. Lethal dose starts from 2g.
