• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I can feel the suffering in your post - I'm so sorry you're in crisis.

As for the loud rain - I'm assuming you don't have earplugs - could you do some makeshift ones? As a kid, I used to scrunch up toilet paper, or cotton wool, to put in my ears. (That may not be completely safe, but right now getting you calmer feels more important.)

As for how you're feeling: Do you find breathing exercises helpful? One that sometimes helps me to calm down is to breathe in for five, hold for five, exhale for five, repeat.

Or you could try counting things through your senses: five things you can see, smell, touch.

Sorry if these suggestions are a bit patronising - they're the best I can think of right now.

I really hope the intensity of your suffering eases a little bit soon. Sending you a virtual hug if you want one. đź«‚

"Contraptions" and ctb are not a good combination. Basically, all you need is a gun, needle, or rope. Anything more complicated than that is just asking for trouble.
