- Write down your negative thoughts
- Seek therapy
- Time heals everything (whatever it is, give it time)
- Feel to heal (if you feel it, its leaving you)
- Fasting (Honestly even intermittent fasting works, it exposes negative energies)
- PMA (Positive Mental Attitude)
- Good Vibes Only (Stay away from gore and darkness)
- Let go to grow (dont get in the way of yourself by forcing things you dont want to do)
- Wake up early (So u have a longer day ahead of u)
- Smoke (Maybe controversial but ciggies have really helped me get out of a rut, u can do it temporarily, it can give u a moment to relax)
- Follow your heart (nurture yourself, be kind to yourself, love yourself, embrace yourself, follow your bliss)
- Find meaning/purpose (something to do to help yourself and other people, for me its music)
- Have a good diet (not too much sugar and lots of fruit and vegetables)
- Pray (believe you will receive it, believe that it will be yours and trust the process)

In general, do your best to love yourself and look at the brightside

You can either be negative or positive about life. Choose to be a positive force in the world.

I used to be a suicidal incel but i have changed my mindset to the point that i feel confident about myself and around others.

Edit: this may sound a bit spiritual but dont forget that fear is an illusion

Smoking is the time outside, either with friends which makes me happy (extrovert), or alone which soothes my mind. Relaxing either way.
