So why can't peopel whgo at least try to be nice have the same freedom? I understand that society can't main ctb easily and readily available because then this process will be used for murder, plain and simple. But it still seems so unfair- in Florida a person just had three injections and was gone in 11 minutes in the most peaceful way possible, it does seem unfair.

Far too many deaths are botched in horrendous ways. Anything but peaceful. And having to wait 20 years for it sucks!

But if someone is able to convince someone to go through with assisted suicide, by threatening loved ones for instance, then they can commit the perfect crime- so readily available ctb would lead to abuses like this- some people abuse every situation they can.

Murderers, Rapists, War Criminals, etc get the most refined, painless, medically assisted death. Honestly if they're so bad they need execution just give prescribe 5.56 . It'll save taxpayer $$$.
