The Peaceful Pill Handbook's Recommended Dose of Sodium Nitrite?

Is anyone certain on the recommended lethal dose formula of Sodium Nitrite from The Peaceful Pill Handbook? Do they have a fixed formula based on bodyweight? I'm familiar with the generic 25g or less for those smaller in stature and 35g for those larger - but I'm 330 lbs, so I imagine I exceed the 35g. But by how much?

Has anyone read the latest edition?

I just googled the ld50 and wikipedia says its 180mg/kg

Tested on rats tho so idk
