Just been lying around watching cooking shows on TV. I did get up and take a shower and get dressed.

My sister isn't responding to email and we haven't talked in over a month
Nothing from social services
...the list goes on...
I sometimes wonder if I died in hospital and now I'm a ghost.

I'm sorry to hear that. I know that feeling when it seems like everyone is ignoring you.

If you contacted some of them in a different form, would that help? In other words, instead of emailing your sister if you just called her instead?

I don't know why it always seems like when you want people's attention, they are ignoring you. Then when you don't want anyone's attention, all they want to do is bother you.
At least that's my experience.
