Yep. My anxiety is so high my heart rate/bp is scarily elevated. I'm pretending I haven't checked it today because ya know, don't wanna end up back in the hospital for a cardiac event.

Definitely been a strange day today.

Unfortunately, I can't listen to it because, as I described to another person on here, for some reason Jim Morrison's voice is like nails on a chalkboard to me. But I really like their music. I just can't deal with his voice for some reason and I don't know why. I'm sure somebody on here knows the song I'm talking about. God! I know the name of the song dammit. Echo and the Bunnymen did a version of it on the Lost Boys soundtrack, I believe. People Are Strange! That's it.

Okay, I guess. Tired. I hope I can sleep. I hope it's not one of those nights where I lay down and then 20 minutes later, I'm wide awake again.
I was just talking earlier about how it's been a strange day. They were talking about how everyone in the thread seems to have had an off kilter day today. I don't know if the moon is in some weird alignment or what's going on.

Not much. I actually went out yesterday and met some new people, and it didn't feel terrible, though was pretty draining. I'll also try to get through this week water fasting (provided I don't get low sugar early) and no smoking, at least until Sunday. What about you?
