I'm feeling somewhat better. Chicken soup and a nap seemed to ease my symptoms. Downgraded from "possible flu" to "cold"

We ate a lot of chicken when I lived at a homeless shelter. We used to joke that it was pigeon. (Inner city humour)
I wish I had money for take out for the party. I am bringing spaghetti and meatballs from the freezer. (No pigeons were harmed in the making of the meatballs!)

Headache as usual but I have to get some work done so booooo.

I can bring vegetables and hummus. That's about all that's left in the house. Or protein powder. So yea... I'll bring the healthy snacks.

I'm trying to avoid smoking weed as well out of worries it'll trigger my SI more. In spite of it being the only thing that helps my ME/CFS Lol.
