a user says they "don't have access to a program".... the program was installed for all users.... the shortcut is in the "all users desktop" (meaning all users, including new users created from now until the end of time assuming the program isn't uninstalled will have the icon on their desktop)....

I think I j ust managed to pull the last muscles that I didn't have pulled in my back.... because my mom didn't want to push the garbage outside when no cars were in the way, and I hit something with both trying to avoid hitting the cars.
