Hanukkah.
Never went through a proper USA Christmas here, but I do know Hanukkah. I'm surrounded by Jews. Nothing personal against Jews, for the record.
The food is nice, but when the haredim (think West Baptist westboro church, except Jewish) show up with their "merrying", please, by God, fucking kill me.
You have not known evil until you've been swarmed by a horde of haredim DEMANDING you to "be merry with them".

I'm dreading Christmas. Theres no escaping Mum for the next 2 weeks, and I wont be able to see any of the people I can actually get support from. I wish I could just skip ahead to new year.
