This year is going to be different. Grab a cup of eggnog (I do like it, know some do not), and spend the day here with your fellow family on the Island Of Misfit CTBers.

Feel free to bitch, moan, talk about Christmas past, post your favorite videos, pictures, meme sand let's spend the holidays together.

Nobody will be alone this year!

As they say in the UK, fancy dress optional.

Eggnog is a beverage based on egg and milk that is popular in the United States and Canada and is usually served from Thanksgiving through New Years Day. Eggnog is typically made with milk, cream, sugar, eggs, and brandy, rum, or whiskey. Additional spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, or vanilla may be added.

Yorkshire pudding is the best! You're seriously missing out!
I'll be having turkey, roast potatoes, mash potatoes, pigs in blankets, brussel sprouts, roast parsnips, carrots, mushy peas, Yorkshire pudding and lots and lots of gravy!

Poutine is Canadian. We have biscuits and crescent rolls. Gravy is similar.
