the more i attempt things in life, the worse things get

it's the story of my life. the more i try, the more shit i get thrown on me.
one of the biggest examples is: when i spent 4 months writing and polishing a movie script (a shortened 20 page draft)
i was very very proud of it, and i managed to get a big star to read it,
someone i had always looked up to my entire childhood, and whose movies i was still enjoying.

apparently this asshole felt like my script was so INSULTINGLY bad that he had to record a 4 minute video of himself
slandering me and telling me how useless i was.
idk if this fucking guy had had a bad fight with his wife and used me as a vessel.

so yeah, i can barely watch any movie or series he's on anymore.
which sucks, because i always loved his movies.

i have a million examples like that.
really fucking putting your heart into a project only to get thrown shit at you.
