I had a good week end so i decided to stop benzos cold turkey.

I woke up today in the worst state of mind ever , i said this is it , the is how we feel when we are ready to ctb.

Its hard to described , i said my time has come , every smell, everything disgusted me so i thought that i would commit suicide.

I thought the chemical balance in my brain was gone forever and i.would have to ctb.

But fortunatly i took benzos again and everything is fine again.

I wish i never started that , my surgery is.fine , im.healing.

Im.gonna have to stop that shit , they say its worst to stop then opioid. I don't know what im gonna do.

I'm going through the same thing! We have to taper them down slowly. It's hell

Sorry I don't have any experience with them so my usual mind set is the earlier one. But I heard they are easy to develop tolerance to and hard to let go, If you can maybe ease into it than cold turkey. I wish you luck anyways.

Please never ever stop cold turkey!
It will take a longer time, but seriously...let someone who's a professional help you to quit taking meds if you want to stop taking them
