They don't have any control if outside factors like your browser. Only what their webpage looks like. The gigantic banner when signing in is already gone

Are you sure ? I'm not a professional or anything but afaik the designer decides the title with the title tag in html. If you view the page source you can see the tag saying Sanctioned Suicide
