Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

It feels like it's coming from under the center of your torso. An aching sort of throbbing that you seem to not be able to reach and sooth no matter how hard you try.

That's the internal manifestation of trying to live with depression. Sometimes you're able to forget the weight of it and go about your life. Other times you feel it scratching at the surface trying to break through and just suppressing it takes a good deal of effort.

Never the less, it's always there. And you're aware of it. It's almost too tempting to just let the dam break and let all your sadness and self pity escape.

Depression is a unique scar on a person. It's not the kind that fully heals and just leaves a mark. It's a wound that remains rather fresh and always susceptible to infection if you don't keep an eye on it. Such a pain.
