This thread wont be something informative but i just wanna say thank you all for this amazing and loving community. Im a member for only a week and in this time frame I already could talk more about my depression and ctb thoughts then in the past 10 years.
Im very greatful for all the information on this forum, every single thread and comment - I havent seen any judgement or toxic positivity and thats beautiful.
I havent felt such comfort for a long time. Its a relief to talk freely about ctb or any mental problem and at the same time get supported by other people and also give support to other people.
