Help Terrified of surviving SN attempt

I'm so terrified of surviving an SN attempt. I've already survived a heroin + alcohol overdose last year and it was awful. I was extremely lucky to have been rescued quickly enough before severe brain damage set in. I was also lucky that none of the ICU doctors and nurses suspected my overdose had a suicidal intent, otherwise I would've been involuntarily committed to the local psych ward for months, which is a hellish facility where I live and often deals with complaints of human rights abuses. This time I wanna prepare better for it and rent a motel room for 6 hours and follow the PPeH protocol down to a T, with a 25mg dose of crushed xanax pills to pass out quickly after taking the SN. What are the chances it could fail?

Thank you. I will have a second drink prepared in case of that, but what if the xanax knocks me out too quickly before I can drink the second glass? Timing the benzos correctly seems a bit difficult.

I guess the better is to not take too much benzos with it in case. I once read someone who couldn't drink a second glass after vomiting because she was feeling too bad with the effect of the SN. So even with low effect from benzos it seems to be tricky and probably awful to have to drink a second glass.
