Hi everyone, in order to prepare myself I want to practice with the feeling of blacking out from carotid suppression but I can't afford to die yet so it's too dangerous to actually use a rope because when I tried to loosen it the last time it almost didn't loosen. I looked into the tourniquet because my thinking was that if I would use something short it wouldn't get stuck behind my shoulder and thus immediately unwind when I pass out but I can't seem to make myself pass out with this method. Does anyone have an idea how to suppress your carotid arteries only temporarily that's not to complex? And preferably doesn't choke you because that shit hurts
