Hello everyone,
I know it is recommended to take SN only with plain water. I was wondering whether this can be replaced with water electrolytes instead (think of Hydralyte/gastorade/powerade). They're technically plain water with flavourings and some ions. Would this interfere with the SN absorption? I just think that if this is okay, it would significantly reduce my chance of vomitting the SN out. Even if this meant taking the SN with water and chucking the powerade bottle to reduce the saltiness taste. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
