Glad I could help! Also, you might be interested in reading into how higher doses of propranolol might be less effective at reducing tachycardia than higher doses:

The time before you take it can be very stressful and tough. I'm happy you have plenty of people to talk to while you wait. If you do go through with it I hope it's not too painful and you're finally able to find peace.

The first song I'll be listening to is Sky Full of Stars by Coldplay. I have a lot of happy memories attached to it, and it's genuinely quite good. I also don't want to be listening to sad songs, so most of my music in the playlist I made is quite upbeat.

I was thinking about that, and I've actually made a playlist specifically for tonight. I wanted to wait until I got closer to actually taking the SN to start listening though. I feel like I'm hesitant to start now because it only has so many songs, and I'd like to gradually slip away while they're all still playing.
Have you experienced them yourself or know someone by any chance? It's quite rare to stumble by people who know about it, so I hope you don't mind me asking.
I'm so sorry that it's come to this point. If you have any doubts, you could consider postponing. There's no shame in that. We're here for you either way.
You don't deserve to be suffering like this. Should you go through with sn,I truly hope you find the peace and happiness you deserve.
You could always have repeat on so it repeats your playlist(for an iPhone it's repeat without the little tiny 1 on the arrows...the 1 means it repeats a specific song).
Good luck and I wish you the best ❤
I just saw you listed Coldplay. I love them. The new album isn't so good in my opinion since it's all over the place. Sky full of stars and ink are emotional songs.
This was my thought process as well back when I had just turned 17, but my derm threw a hissy fit and I mistook her craziness as confidence. So I put my faith in her and went through with it. Now here i am.
Update: Just finished taking everything for the regimen up until actually taking the SN. Feeling confident in my decision, and glad to say I'm not having any issues with side effects from any of the drugs. I was particularly afraid of EPS from meto.

Hey grizzly, I'm sorry the circumstances have brought you here.
I hope you'll keep in mind that there's absolutely no rush; with the eternity of death waiting, what more is one more day just to make sure you're 100% ready?
We're all here to support you no matter what you decide. If you do go through with this, I wish you all the comfort and peace possible, and will be hoping the same peace for you if it turns out that tonight is not the night after all.

Thank you <3. Also, I want to thank you for telling us about your experience with SN. It's definitely part of the reason why I'm feeling more comfortable about it then I was, say, 3 months ago before all of the experiences that we have of it now existed.

Overall pretty good. I'm feeling a little hungry, but that's to be expected because of the fast. I think it's normal to feel a little bit down, too, but by no means is it overwhelming. If anything I'm more excited for the pain to finally stop.

I'm not sure how to share it on spotify without feeling paranoid of getting caught for some reason. So here are the songs in the same order as well:
A Sky Full of Stars - Coldplay
Your Love - The Outfield
Love Somebody - Maroon 5
Payphone - Maroon 5
Who Knew - Pink
Listen to the Music - The Doobie Brothers
Boulevard of Broken Dreams - Green Day (Broadway version)
Whatsername - Green Day (Broadway version)
Complicated - Avril Lavigne
XO - Beyonce
Prom - SZA
Higher Love - Kygo
Jesus of Suburbia - Green Day (Broadway version)
Her Diamonds - Rob Thomas
I Melt with You - Modern English
I know the songs are all over the place in terms of genre and what not, but I wanted to listen to them because they're all pretty significant to me. It does make me feel good thinking about others listening to them as I do too.
I'm also currently thinking about just taking the SN now. I measured out 21g of it (didnt feel like putting 1g back) and the 100ml of water, and it doesn't seem as intimidating as I was expecting it to be. Will keep you all updated as usual.

Ok, so I know this is very sudden, but I'm having my first second thoughts. I feel calm about it, but I was evaluating my situation, and I'm expecting a phone call from my doctor tomorrow with lab results (I'm not expecting anything to come of them).
I'm not sure if it would be a good idea to maybe discuss how grave I see this situation and maybe ask for more intensive care even though I dont think she'll be able to help. AHHHH IM SO SORRY EVERYONE I feel like I seemed so confident abouit this but now here i am doubting.

Do not be sorry. If you are having second thoughts maybe don't go through with it. You aren't chicken or anything stupid. It is perfectly okay to not do this. If you are doubting you can't take back this decision so please think about it.

Hey nothing wrong with doubts you can always do it later. There's nothing wrong with changing your mind. You'll save yourself a lot of trouble I went through by drinking it and calling 911 by just backing out before even taking it.

Feel free. I dont know how bad things are for you since I dont know you post history, but if you think there is a shred of hope from the doctor you can always postpone it 1 day.
Even if you think there is no hope it may also be a cathartic release of your pain just before CTB.
Never ever feel guilty about having second thoughts. It's your way of telling yourself you may have unfinished business. We are here for you no matter what
