Hi,take sn without process over 2 days?

i can't do ctb by SN because it's a 2-day protocol... i've already done the first day with the.meto but after the 2nd day

SI catches up with me...

without having done anything before, if we just take 3*10 mg of meto 45 minutes before having fasted before 9/10 hours before that's enough?

i need a more impulsive process... and then after 25 g in 50 ml of water and if i vomit 2nd glass tonight is it good or not?thanks

SN definitely doesn't need to be a 2 day process. Taking the meto and other supplementary drugs prior is to see how your body reacts to them and get adjusted to taking them. It can be beneficial for the meto to stat dose but people have CTBed using only SN so by no means is it required. It is important to fast for at least 8 hours as you want your stomach as empty as possible for quicker absorption. If you vomit it's unlikely you'll even be able to drink the second glass, most are unable to but it's a good backup to have and try. Vomitting is not an indication of failure, the vast majority will vomit, that's why you take so much in the first dose. Just don't make alterations to the protocol and you'll be fine. Le SN n'a certainement pas besoin d'être un processus de 2 jours. Prendre le méto et d'autres médicaments supplémentaires avant permet de voir comment votre corps réagit à eux et de s'habituer à les prendre. Il peut être bénéfique pour le méto de prendre une dose initiale, mais les personnes ont fait un CTB en utilisant uniquement du SN, donc ce n'est en aucun cas nécessaire. Il est important de jeûner pendant au moins 8 heures car vous voulez que votre estomac soit le plus vide possible pour une absorption plus rapide. Si vous vomissez, il est peu probable que vous puissiez même boire le deuxième verre, la plupart en sont incapables, mais c'est une bonne solution de secours à avoir et à essayer. Les vomissements ne sont pas une indication d'échec, la grande majorité vomira, c'est pourquoi vous en prenez autant lors de la première dose. Ne modifiez simplement pas le protocole et tout ira bien. J'espère que vous trouverez la paix.

You can definitely ingest just the SN without anything else. The other meds are just to help make it more peaceful. The SN is the only ingredient needed. I'd suggest fasting for at least 4 hours to help with absorption though. You will likely vomit, so preparing a second cup is always recommended too.

I hope that if you decide to do this, that you're 100% sure of it. It is lethal, and acts quickly. I would never attempt CTB on impulse, but it's not my choice. I wish you the best in whatever you decide. Peace be with you, friend.
