Does anyone know where I can buy syrup of ipecac? I've been sectioned, I have to eat but I don't want to gain any weight. I'm in the Uk.

It has not been manufactured in years. Doctors deemed it ineffective for treating poisoning.
If you drink it it makes you throw up, that's what it was designed for. And it's ipecac, I think.
I'm not supporting eating disorders, but for the sake of logic wouldn't it be easier to just induce vomiting with a finger or object rather than try to bring in substance likely to cause more issues with mental health people.
I would encourage you to use this time to address your eating issues. In addition to the obvious health implications, bulimia is not effective for weight loss.
