Method Synephrine/caffein/aspirin

Do you think it's possible to induce a heartattack by ingesting a synephrine/caffein/aspirin combination?
Caffein and aspirin is freely available and I succesfully ordered a small amount (5gr) of synephrine, so I know where to get it.

If so, how much would I need?
I'm underweight and malnourished (I know for sure since my period stopped) and my BPM drops below 40 every other day.

I need to stay alive long enough to keep up the care for my grandma, but after she passes I want to leave asap.
Simply stop eating all together(original plan) would take too long. I don't want to live a second longer than absolutely nessecary.

Wow, who knew..
I am quite tolerant to caffeine since I basically live on coffee but I guess I'd still have enough (200×200mg in pills)?
If I take the synephrine(5gram) and boxes of aspirine (60×500mg salicin) with it, it couldn't possibly fail right?
