Do the reasons for killing yourself ever outweigh the reasons to not kill yourself? it seems i have more valid reasons to die than to live

On good days I know my dog and cat need me to be here to love them and spoil them. My sister appreciates my humor and compassion.

On bad days I forget all about them and realize, compared to others, my life is pretty awful. Unemployed since July, trapped in a rural hellhole with no earthly idea on how to start over or where to go from here.

My suicide is planned for the end of May.

For me ceasing to exist is just all that's positive, for me ceasing to exist would be the positive solution to find peace from the suffering, torture and cruelty of existing and no matter what I'll always prefer the peace of non-existence over being tortured in this existence for decades longer with no limit as to how much one can suffer just for one to face the agony of old age, it's just so horrific to me how a human can be tortured in this existence for so long.

I only continue to suffer as I exist in this cruel, dreadful world where the suffering and torture of existing is seen as to force and prolong no matter what, it's horrific to me how humans have made dying painlessly into a crime. I just always suffer so unbearably from how being so cruelly denied the option to never suffer again as all I want is peace from this existence I just always saw as a mistake, I'll just always see it as an abomination to suffer in this existence, this existence truly never should had been imposed, the existence of life truly is the most terrible, devastating tragedy that only ever causes all this pain and suffering.

They sometimes do - however I think CTB should a mature decision, not something you do out of one sad evening.

If you still have reasons to live - then live - who knows maybe it will get better? You can always CTB if it gets worse so why not try fighting a little longer?
